The Kaleidoscope Center is Erie County's Early Childhood Family Center - a facility for young children and families to receive services and supports including developmentally appropriate education; counseling; well-child care; immunizations, day care; physical, occupational and speech therapy; parent mentor services, child care resources, educational and resource materials.

This is where you begin your journey into the world of Help Me Grow. Programs include newborn home visits, specialized services, home visits and screenings.
